This Savvy Couple service is for the couple who is hands-on with the planning of their wedding.   

Service include:  

ORGANIZATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

· Integration to my work flow: You will have access to part of the work flow I use with the couples that have the full service. You’ll be receiving guidance, valuable information and tips to assure you are on track with the coordination of the wedding.

. Vendors’ List: Have access to this amazing document. There, you will find the information of amazing wedding vendors that will be more than happy to connect and assist you both.

. Logistics: I’ll be in communication with all the vendors you have hired for the wedding. This, in order to put together a great Wedding Day Agenda to have everyone on track on the big day.

. Wedding Day Agenda: I will create this very important document that includes every detail of your event. This agenda is shared with all vendors involved, including the venue, so we are all executing properly on the big day.  

· Storage: Available space at our office for client to ship any Wedding material to PR prior to the Wedding. 

· Ceremony Rehearsal: Assist you both and your wedding party with a ceremony rehearsal prior to the wedding day, it usually takes place the day before the wedding. This is very important to rehearse. We want you all to feel comfortable and with knowledge during the ceremony time.

WEDDING DAY INSTALLATION & PRODUCTION

· We oversee your entire wedding event from start to finish, keeping the event running smoothly and on time following the Wedding Day Agenda.

· Supervise the execution of every detail planned and vendors’ arrivals, set ups and deliveries.

· Placement of: wedding favors, table numbers, escort cards / place cards / seating chart, guests book, details, etc.  

· Greeting, escort and attention service to your guests.

· Collect at the end of the night and return to the couple the: table numbers, cake tops/knifes, guest book, champagne flutes, guests’ gifts, etc.

. The Wedding Planner has an Assistant that gives an excellent support to assure everything goes according to the plan.
