For the Savvy Couple who is coordinating their own wedding.

This Partial Wedding Planning service is for the couple who is hands-on with the planning of their wedding.   

Wedding Planning Services include:  

. Phone and email consultation (scheduled / when needed).

. Vendor recommendations: You will have access to our Vendors' VIP list so you can reach out to all of them.

. Email reminders and valuable information. 

. Coordinate wedding day logistics with each vendor and venue.

. Wedding Day Timeline.

. Information on how to get the marriage license in Puerto Rico. (the errand to get the marriage license will be with the ceremony officiant or it will be the couples responsibility.)

Guest services  

· Provide information on local activities and sights that each guests will book on its own.

· Available space at our office for client to ship any Wedding material to PR prior to the Wedding. (one month prior to the wedding)

Behind-the-scenes assistance

· Venue final walk-through as necessary to make things perfect, prior to the wedding.

· Assist you both and your bridal party with a ceremony rehearsal prior to the wedding day.

· We oversee your entire wedding event from start to finish, keeping the event running smoothly and on time following the Wedding Day Agenda approved by the client.

· Supervise the execution of every detail planned.

· Greeting and attention service to guests.

· Placement of wedding favors, table numbers, escort cards, guests book, details, etc. (no decoration/flowers placement)

· Coordinate collection of gifts, cake tops/knifes, guest book, champagne flutes, guests’ gifts, etc. at the end of the reception. (no decoration/flowers)

Investment $2,500 (for 150 guests)

NOTE: This fee is based on 150 guests. For every additional 50 guests it will be $400 in addition. Additional events, like (and not limited): welcome gathering, rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch, etc. are considered an additional event and has an additional fee for each one of them. It’s also based on availability.
