Choosing the food for your wedding is one of the most fun tasks on the planning. Yummy!!! 
Your wedding food caterer will share with you their menu so you both can pick and choose your favorites and create something delicious. 
Is super important to take in consideration your guests' food restrictions and allergies, as well. 
Guests always remember two things about Weddings, and that is the food and the music.

Groom's Squad

The Groom's Squad is lined-up. 

Groomsmen may be a great helping hands for the Bride and Groom before and during the Wedding. Simple gestures on their end can be a relief. 
The couple will appreciate having their willingness to be involved somehow. They won’t be call up for every task, but they should be willing to say “YES” when the couple asks for support. 
The Open Bar will be their reward, right?

Bride's Squad

Did you arrange your Bride's Squad?

Now, what about those great ladies from your family or group of friends that didn't make the cut to be a Bridesmaid?

If you don’t want to offend a friend or family member by not asking them to be your Bridesmaid, there are other ways to get them involved in your wedding. 
You can ask them to be Ushers, to be a Witness or to do a reading at the wedding ceremony. They will feel just as important and special with a responsibility like this as they would being a Bridesmaid.

Worried about rain on your Wedding Day? 
We know this can be quite a downer for some couples. 

Many cultures see rain as good fortune, cleansing and fertility. Often, couples wonder how they are going to still get good photos if it's raining. Well, take a look at this picture Noel Del Pilar took for one of our Destination Weddings. 

It came out to be so well captured and you can appreciate how the couple and their guests happily danced under the rain.

Seating chart idea
When the time comes to create and organize your wedding seating chart, take in consideration to alphabetize. Also, it will be very appreciate it if you go the extra mile to find out the names of your guests' plus ones. And last, but not least, use a legible font easy for guests to read.
