One of the biggest decisions you’ll make as an engaged couple, is choosing your wedding venue. 
A good proportion of your budget and time will go to find your dream venue. 
First, decide on the type of wedding you want. Then, set a budget with careful consideration as to how much you can afford for your dream venue. 
There is really something out there to suit every kind of couple, it’s just a matter of making your own decision based on your budget and vision. 
When you both go on to venue hunting, never visit more than three wedding venues in one day. It's definitely so overwhelming. Trust me!!!

"Day of the Wedding" Coordinator

You have planned everything, and you need someone to run the show so you can relax and enjoy the big day. 

These are my duties as a "Day of the Wedding" Coordinator: 
- I will introduce myself to your vendors and get an idea of what to expect on the wedding day. 
- I will review your contracts and understand exactly who is doing what and when. 
- I will create your day-of timeline, which will break down all the details regarding arrival times, setup and breakdown. 
- I will do a site visit with you both.
- Discuss all of the details you have planned to get an idea of how you envision the space on your wedding day. 
- The day before your wedding, I will run your ceremony rehearsal. 
- On your wedding day, I will be there to take care of everything. 
- Distribute the final payments/tips to the vendors.
- At the end of the evening, I will pack all of your goodies up (cake knives, flutes, gifts, etc.)

You'll both have little time to be alone with your spouse on your big day. Try to make a moment after the ceremony for some quality time. 
Start calling him/her "husband/wife" for the first time, admire your new wedding bands, and assure some TLC. Arrange with your Wedding Planner to have some hors d'oeuvres and drinks while your guests are at the cocktail hour, so you both can enjoy it as well.

At this Wedding, the beautiful Puerto Rican couple wanted to honor our heritage from Spain. The ceremony and reception took place at Casa de España, and during dinner, we had this exceptional Flamenco dancers.
