With the Full Wedding Planning service, my mission is to give you great options that work best within your vision during the planning process and to put together an amazing wedding day logistics for you both to enjoy the big day with your family and friends.
Wedding Planning Services include:
VENDOR SELECTION & MANAGEMENT
We love matching our couples with the perfect vendors based on style, vision, budget, and personality. However, the couple takes a great part on this evaluating the wonderful options I’ll share with them, and then choosing their favorites.
. Vendors’ List: Access to this amazing document, my favorite vendors. There, you will find some of the most amazing and popular wedding vendors that will become part of this wonderful journey by helping us put everything together for a beautiful day.
ORGANIZATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
· Integration to my work flow: You’ll be receiving valuable information and tips to assure there are no loose ends with all that we’ll coordinate as a team. This will guide us to work by the different phases through out the planning process.
. Logistics: I’ll be in communication with all the vendors you have hired for the wedding. This, in order to put together a great Wedding Day Agenda to have everyone on track on the big day.
. Wedding Day Agenda: Creation of this very important document that includes every detail of your event, everything that we have planned. This agenda is shared with all vendors involved, including the venue, so we are all executing properly on the big day, as planned.
. Site Inspection: Coordinate a wedding venue walk-through, as well as a food and cake tasting, hair and makeup trial and meetings with vendors. This usually take place if you plan to come to Puerto Rico during the planning process.
· Storage: Available space at our office for client to ship any Wedding material to PR prior to the Wedding.
· Ceremony Rehearsal: Assist you both and your wedding party with a ceremony rehearsal prior to the wedding day, it usually takes place the day before the wedding. This is very important to rehearse. We want you all to feel comfortable and with knowledge during the ceremony time.
GUESTS SERVICES
. Hotel Accommodation: For a group room rate for your guests. I will provide some hotels’ options with the contact email. This is for the couple to work directly along with the Hotel’s Sales Manager for their prefer hotel.
· Things to do in PR: Provide information you can share with guests on local tours/sights so they can book on their own.
. Rehearsal Dinner Options: although this is a separate service, I will share with you both a list of some great venues for this event.
· Transportation: We help you book this service for the day of the wedding for your guests, to and from the hotel and wedding venue, if needed.
EVENT INSTALLATION & PRODUCTION
· We oversee your entire wedding event from start to finish, keeping the event running smoothly and on time following the Wedding Day Agenda.
· Supervise the execution of every detail planned and vendors’ arrivals, set ups and deliveries.
· Placement of: wedding favors, table numbers, escort cards / place cards / seating chart, guests book, details, etc.
· Greeting, escort and attention to your guests.
· Collect at the end of the night and return to the couple the: table numbers, cake tops/knifes, guest book, champagne flutes, guests’ gifts, etc.
. The Wedding Planner has an Assistant that gives an excellent support to assure everything goes according to the plan.
Investment: $3,500

To reserve my service, a fifty percent (50%) of the total is required to reserve the date and start the planning process.
